In 2018, Aaron commenced his legal studies at the University of New Mexico School of Law. During his time there, he gained practical experience through various roles. From May to July 2019, he served as a law student extern at the Law Office of the Public Defender in Albuquerque. In this capacity, he conducted pre-trial interviews, drafted motions for client cases, and researched criminal case law under the guidance of an attorney supervisor. Earlier, between January and April 2019, Aaron volunteered at the New Mexico Legal Aid’s Tax Clinic, where he completed IRS forms 433-A, filed state and federal tax returns, and interviewed clients to gather tax-relevant financial information.
Before embarking on his legal career, Aaron accumulated diverse professional experiences. From August 2016 to August 2017, he worked as an account executive at PCM IT Solutions in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. In this role, he developed commercial estimates, consulted with clients to tailor solutions for unique IT environments, and sold IT hardware and security software for a Fortune 1000 value-added IT reseller. Prior to that, from July 2015 to July 2016, Aaron served as an emergency medical technician with American Medical Response in Los Lunas, New Mexico. He was responsible for safely driving ambulances for a busy 911 service, administering basic life support and necessary medications to patients, documenting patient conditions and treatments, and reporting to hospital staff.
Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, Aaron is an individual of varied interests.
