Amarjeet Singh Tak

Prior to this, from June 2019 to March 2020, Amarjeet served as the Business Development Manager for the Asia Pacific at Getinge South East Asia Pte. Ltd. He was responsible for developing go-to-market and commercialization strategies, supporting the sales organization to increase market share, and facilitating significant projects through value-based partnerships. He ensured alignment with rolling forecasts and sales funnels, promoted best practices across regional and global marketing and training events, and managed a business worth $284 million, achieving 100% of the budget and 80% of key performance indicators.

Between June 2017 and May 2019, as Sales Director for Key Accounts & Projects in India, he established a new department responsible for sales and marketing for key accounts and projects. He was accountable for profit and loss, sales funnel management, and inventory management.

Amarjeet’s tenure at Stryker India Pvt Ltd from 2011 to 2017 saw him in various roles, including Territory Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Area Business Manager, and Business Manager for North and East India. He managed capital-intensive businesses, executed strategic turnarounds, and achieved an eightfold increase in top-line growth over three years, leading to consecutive promotions and expanded responsibilities. His leadership earned his team the Best Team Award in 2016. Earlier in his career, he worked with Ethicon Biosurgery, a division of Johnson & Johnson, as a Territory Manager for West India, where he significantly grew the business and team, earning the Salesman of the Year award in 2009. He also held positions at Novo Nordisk India Pvt Ltd and Zuventus Healthcare Pvt Ltd, where he demonstrated his ability to turn around underperforming territories into top performers.
