From September 2009 to January 2010, Aleissa was the Director of the Housing Department at Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh. In this capacity, he managed the department’s responsibility to provide proper housing and maintenance-related services. His tasks included planning, developing, implementing, controlling, and evaluating the hospital’s housing and maintenance programs; developing and implementing a comprehensive housing plan; and managing department activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
