Byron Watts is an internationally published author, speaker, and LifeShift Coach™ who founded LifeShift Academy™ to empower individuals seeking transformative change. Drawing from his personal journey of overcoming significant life challenges, Watts developed proprietary systems designed to help others move from feelings of being overwhelmed or stuck to achieving a more fulfilling and successful life. His approach emphasizes unlocking personal potential and thriving through adversity.
Before his venture into coaching and personal development, Watts built a substantial career in software engineering. He served as a Software Engineer at IBM from July 1988 to February 2006, where he honed his technical skills and gained valuable industry experience. Following this, he took on roles as a Software Engineer Contractor at Siemens during two periods, from July 2010 to December 2011 and again from April 2012 to December 2013. In these positions, he contributed to various projects, further solidifying his expertise in software development.
