Chad Lariscy

In July 2005, Chad transitioned into real estate, beginning his licensed career with Mountain Tracks Realty in Blue Ridge. He then joined Keller Williams Realty in March 2007, where he expanded his expertise until November 2008. Following this, he served as a Sales Associate at Blairsville Realty from November 2008 to February 2012, leveraging his local insights to assist both buyers and sellers in the North Georgia real estate market.

In February 2012, Chad founded The Mountain Life Team under Keller Williams Realty Partners, assuming roles as Team Owner, Leader, Listing Specialist, Marketing Director, and Public Relations Manager. He primarily works with sellers, utilizing his extensive marketing skills to effectively promote and sell properties. Over his years as a licensed agent, Chad has relished the challenges and competition inherent in the real estate market. One of his greatest joys is the lifelong friendships formed through his work and the satisfaction of helping clients realize their dreams of mountain living.

Chad is deeply committed to community involvement. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds SFR and ePRO designations. As a Charter Member of the Rotary Club of Blue Ridge, he was honored as Rotarian of the Year and became a Paul Harris Fellow. In 2014, he joined the Blairsville-Union County Chamber Board. The Mountain Life Team also maintains memberships with the Gilmer, Fannin, Union, and Towns Chambers of Commerce, reflecting their dedication to regional engagement.
