From March to May 2016, as Senior Manager of Delivery Technical, he facilitated the Capabilities Project of IHS Energy products restructuring by managing multiple data migrations. He expanded the team by adding offshore Data Analysts to initiate a data quality project and successfully transitioned responsibilities to the new manager of Delivery Technical. As Manager of Delivery Technical from March 2015 to February 2016, Farhan created multiple workflow verticals to optimize talent resources and improve morale through manageable burn-downs. He implemented a reporting function to support stakeholders’ decision-making processes and built capacity by training team members in technical and soft skills, fostering an autonomous team with a strong leadership pipeline.
From April 2014 to February 2015, Farhan served as a Business Systems Analyst at IHS Markit Ltd. He revised process documentation to reduce waste and established a centralized repository for the scattered knowledge base, improving consistency across the organization. He also developed a long-term systems strategy and organized the requirements-gathering process to accommodate evolving business needs.
Before his tenure at IHS Markit Ltd., Farhan worked at SNL Financial LC, where he held various roles that showcased his leadership and analytical skills.
