George Elhabr is a seasoned mobile growth and business development expert with over seven years of experience in the gaming industry. He has a proven track record in founding and managing game studios, producing, and developing a diverse range of games, from mobile to HTML5 and PC platforms. George’s deep understanding of the gaming industry has been complemented by his expertise in sales, marketing, consulting, and managing cross-functional teams. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional ability in networking, negotiating, and developing strategic partnerships with clients, publishers, and investors, driving the growth of his own ventures and those of his partners.
George co-founded Groovy Antoid SAL, a successful casual gaming studio in Beirut, where he wore many hats as a developer, producer, project manager, and business developer. Under his leadership, Groovy Antoid launched several games and mobile projects, raised angel funding, and secured grants, including the Tourism Gamification grant. He successfully navigated the challenges of managing both office-based and remote teams while leading the studio through startup accelerators like Techstars. His leadership and vision helped position Groovy Antoid as a competitive player in the mobile gaming market, negotiating publishing deals and building lasting partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
