From January 2007 to June 2008, Miller served as the Chief Operating Officer at ePrize, where he reversed a cycle of negative profitability, declining client satisfaction, high attrition rates, and quality issues. Overseeing sales, production, project management, development, technology, and product development, he led a team of approximately 300 people. Under his leadership, the company grew to 350 employees and nearly $50 million in revenue. He delivered record-breaking performance, including 1.2 billion page views across 184 million unique visitors and the deployment of 1,366 promotions—a 70% year-over-year increase. Miller’s strategic initiatives improved operating efficiency from 49% to 70% within a year, achieving EBITDA goals ahead of projections. Earlier in his career, Miller held significant positions at Microsoft Corporation. From October 2004 to January 2007, he managed a global team that expanded Microsoft’s business with General Motors from $20 million to over $100 million, encompassing software, services, and online advertising. Between January 2002 and October 2004, as the Chief Technology Officer for the U.S. Central Region, he served as the lead architect and client evangelist for major international Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Software as a Service (SaaS) projects. During this time, he authored numerous articles, papers, and books, and spoke worldwide on effectively integrating business and IT.
