BIOGRAPHY

Jackson Lee is a highly organized, results-driven, and detail-oriented IT professional with over 30 years of experience in both startup environments and large high-tech companies, including Hewlett-Packard, TELUS-Ericsson, Alcatel, MPR Teltech, and BC Hydro. His extensive background encompasses software programming, hands-on quality assurance (QA) testing, and more than 15 years of management experience leading large global project teams. Jackson possesses a deep understanding of the product development and production lifecycle, which has been instrumental in his successful career.

Throughout his career, Jackson has demonstrated a strong commitment to quality assurance and project management. He has achieved a remarkable five-year record of zero system failures for a hub-desktop (client-server) application system and successfully integrated two complex networks comprising over 30 software applications. His proactive approach led to the introduction of nine company-wide quality processes, ensuring end-to-end product integrity. Additionally, Jackson played a pivotal role in assisting two companies in obtaining industry-standard certifications, specifically ISO 9001 and TL9000. His leadership has been central to the successful delivery of over 100 product releases to customers across 16 companies, coordinating schedules, development, testing, release documentation, support, monitoring, and metrics collection.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Applied Science (MASc), complementing his Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc).
