BIOGRAPHY
Justin Bajema is the Founder and President of Access Property Management Group, a premier property management firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan. With nearly a decade of experience in the acquisition, management, and leasing of residential properties, Justin has built a reputation as a highly effective leader in the real estate investment field. His portfolio includes single-family homes as well as mid-sized apartment communities, and he and his team have successfully executed over 900 residential leases. Justin’s ability to oversee day-to-day operations while focusing on maximizing financial returns has positioned his company as a key player in West Michigan’s property management industry.
Before founding Access Property Management Group, Justin served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps. His service included two combat tours in Iraq, where he was severely wounded during an ambush. This experience was pivotal in shaping his leadership skills, discipline, and commitment to mission success under extreme conditions. In recognition of his bravery, he was awarded the Purple Heart by President George W. Bush. Following his medical retirement from the Marines in 2005, Justin applied the lessons learned in the military to the world of real estate, where he quickly became a successful entrepreneur and investor.
