Molly Halligan

Before transitioning to the Las Vegas Autism Center, Molly worked at the Center for Advanced Learning (CAL) in Reno, Nevada, where she applied behavior analysis to improve the academic outcomes of students with a wide range of developmental needs, from those with disabilities to those who were gifted. As a Case Advisor at CAL, she supervised cases, provided mentorship to instructors, and worked with families to implement behavior analytic strategies. Her work was integral to the success of the Autism Rescue Division, where her efforts helped improve the educational experiences of many children in the program.

In addition to her clinical and supervisory roles, Molly is deeply committed to the professional development of others in her field. She has worked as an instructional designer at CentralReach, where she designs training programs for individuals working in behavior analysis. Her leadership in this role reflects her passion for education and her desire to improve the quality of training and practice in the field. Molly is also an active participant in the Nevada Association for Behavior Analysis, where she co-chairs the Public Policy Committee. Her leadership in this role helped drive legislation that led to the creation of an independent licensure board for behavior analysts in Nevada and improved funding for autism services statewide.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Molly has a strong personal commitment to helping others. She is passionate about using data-driven teaching methods to address the diverse needs of her clients. Her interests in autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and developmental disorders have motivated her to continually seek out new ways to support children and their families.
