
BIOGRAPHY
Molly Halligan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nearly 20 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis. She is the founding director of the Las Vegas Autism Center, where she plays a crucial role in providing evidence-based services to children diagnosed with autism. Molly’s journey in the field began at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology & Audiology. She further advanced her expertise by earning a Master of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Behavior Analysis from the same institution. Molly’s education laid the foundation for her successful career in applying behavior science to help individuals reach their full potential.
Molly has held a variety of leadership roles throughout her career. In addition to her role at the Las Vegas Autism Center, she served as a Supervising Behavior Analyst for the Autism Treatment Assistance Program (ATAP) in Nevada. In this capacity, she designed and oversaw treatment plans, onboarded clients, and trained parents and front-line therapists. Her work in the state program significantly contributed to increasing the access to autism services for children throughout Nevada. During her time at ATAP, she was also instrumental in developing the BCBA position, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the profession and expanding services.
