Parker Elmore is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in financial services, specializing in employee benefits, retirement planning, and actuarial consulting. He founded Odyssey Advisors in 1998, originally known as Primoris Benefit Advisors, with a vision to provide customized solutions to the complex financial challenges faced by small and mid-sized businesses. Under his leadership, Odyssey Advisors has grown into a trusted firm, renowned for its commitment to quality service, expertise, and efficiency. Parker’s personal philosophy of listening to clients and tailoring solutions to their specific needs has been integral to the firm’s success.

Before establishing Odyssey Advisors, Parker gained valuable experience in various senior roles within the industry. He served as a Senior Vice President at USI Consulting Group from 1994 to 1998, where he was responsible for leading teams and developing strategies that addressed the retirement and employee benefits needs of large organizations. Earlier in his career, Parker worked as a Consulting Actuary at Aetna Life Insurance Company, where he provided valuation and consulting services primarily for Fortune 1000 clients, focusing on retiree welfare plans and FAS 106 compliance.
