Rachel Keller Bouhanda is an experienced and passionate school librarian with a diverse career dedicated to fostering a love of learning and supporting educational excellence. She has spent over a decade serving in various educational roles, where her commitment to developing innovative programs and services has greatly benefited students, teachers, and the broader school community. Rachel’s career spans several school districts, including Billerica Memorial High School, where she has served as a school librarian since 2014, and Revere High School, where she helped transform the school’s library into a vibrant Learning Commons. Her work has earned her recognition and awards, including the Ellen Berne Pathfinder Award in 2018 for her innovative school library programming.

At Billerica Memorial High School, Rachel has played a pivotal role in transforming the library space into a welcoming environment for exploration and learning. She collaborates closely with teachers to integrate library resources into the curriculum, helping students become critical consumers of information.
