BIOGRAPHY

Richard Lipman is a seasoned clinical psychologist based in Montreal, Canada, with over 25 years of experience in the field. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from McGill University in 1990, during which he volunteered at both the Montreal Neurological Institute and The Mackay Centre, a rehabilitation facility focusing on children and youth with motor or communication challenges. He continued his education at McGill, obtaining a Master’s in Counselling Psychology in 1992.

During his graduate studies, Richard completed a clinical internship at The Counselling Service of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Upon graduation, he was offered a position at the hospital, where he worked with patients in the departments of psychiatry and family medicine and provided clinical training to family medicine residents. He later became the Co-Director and Coordinator of The Counselling Service.
