Scott Dilloff is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in real estate development, finance, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Scott’s work in real estate development has been particularly notable. As Senior Vice President of Business Development at Freight Shuttle International (FSI), he was instrumental in promoting a cutting-edge transportation concept designed to move truck trailers on a privately-financed, electric-powered guideway. This technology offers a cleaner, more efficient alternative to traditional truck transport, addressing the challenges of congested corridors and underfunded national infrastructure. Scott’s role included developing new projects, securing strategic partnerships, and sourcing equity investments to bring the Freight Shuttle technology to life.
