
BIOGRAPHY
Stephanie Dulmage is a dedicated educational leader with a strong commitment to students, staff, and the community. She holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership (2018-2020), an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership (2011-2013), and a Master of Arts in Reading (1987-1989), all from Oakland University. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Elementary Education from the University of Michigan, Dearborn (1981-1986).
Since 2016, Stephanie has served as the Director of 21st Century Learning for the Hazel Park School District. In this cabinet-level position, she focuses on developing and implementing curricula, instruction, and assessment functions across multiple departments. Her responsibilities include preparing reports and recommendations for the Superintendent, Cabinet, and Board of Education; aligning curriculum department goals with the District Strategic Plan; directing the district and building-level school improvement process; and organizing K-12 district-wide administration of state, third-party, and local assessments. She also supervises early childhood and elementary building principals, district instructional coaches, ESL personnel, and school-age childcare programs. Stephanie promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion through leadership practices and the district curriculum, resources, and assessment tools.
