Zachary Creed Oakville

After graduating from UNLV, Zack took on the role of Assistant Golf Professional at Crooked Stick Golf Club, where he worked from 2009 to 2012. In this position, he designed and implemented an Advanced Junior Golf Program aimed at helping high school and college golfers, as well as aspiring professionals, improve their skills. Zack’s expertise and involvement extended beyond teaching and organizing programs; he also had the opportunity to play alongside high-profile individuals, including celebrities, politicians, and professional athletes. Notably, Zack served as a tournament liaison during the U.S. Senior Open Championship in 2011 and the 2012 BMW FedEx Playoffs, providing support to the event and showcasing his organizational and leadership abilities.

From 2012 to 2013, Zack worked at The Hawthorns Golf & Country Club in Fishers, Indiana, where he served as Assistant Pro and briefly acted as the Head Pro. During this time, he also qualified for and played in the Indiana Open tournaments in both 2012 and 2013. His success in these competitions underscored his talent and commitment to the sport. In 2014, Zack worked as the co-first assistant professional at the Highland Golf & Country Club in Indianapolis, where he was recognized as a finalist for Indiana Club Professional of the Year, further cementing his reputation in the golf community.

In addition to his work as a golf professional, Zack expanded his career into the sales and marketing side of the golf industry. In 2015, he joined Midas Event Supply in Ontario, California, where he was responsible for sales, trade show promotions, and evaluating the company’s expansion of golf products into the Canadian market. Within his first six months, Zack exceeded $100,000 in new sales, showcasing his ability to thrive in business and expand the reach of golf-related products.

Zack is also dedicated to giving back to the community through his volunteer work at various PGA tournaments, including Par for the Cure, an event that raises funds for breast cancer research. Throughout his career, Zack has demonstrated an unwavering passion for golf, and he continues to explore new opportunities, including a potential return to active status within the PGA in Canada.
