Questions about billing
When am I charged the $50?
Twelve months after your profile goes live, and never sooner. We do not charge it at signup and we do not charge it if your profile has not been published.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, by email. Cancelling stops future renewals and your page stays live until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is the first payment refundable?
Up to the point where we start writing, yes. Once the work has begun the creation fee is not refundable, because the writing is the bulk of it.
Can I pay for someone else?
Yes. Put their name and email in the form so the account is set up for them, then use your own billing details at checkout.
Do you take payment in other currencies?
Prices are set in US dollars. Stripe will convert at checkout if your card is in another currency.
