Biography
Currently, I am pursuing a major in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Asian & Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Minnesota. My academic journey is complemented by advanced studies in Surgical Technology and Medical Translation (Hmong). This unique educational background allows me to bridge cultural and scientific perspectives, ensuring accuracy and nuance in every writing project.
Led clinical trial coordination, maintained strict protocol adherence, and achieved strong participant recruitment results. Developed and implemented data processes that improved workflow efficiency and shortened study timelines. Led cross-functional meetings to enhance collaboration and prioritize projects effectively. Provided data analysis to support clinical outcomes and maintain high research accuracy. Managed participant screening to ensure regulatory compliance and increase engagement. Improved recruitment strategies, resulting in higher enrollment rates and greater trial efficiency. Deliver expert care to pediatric patients, including neonates and young adults with complex developmental disabilities. Review and interpret pre and post-operative reports from the Gait and Motion Center to support multidisciplinary care.
