Ivaylo Bozoukov

Ivaylo Bozoukov, known professionally as Ivo Bozukov, is a global investor, founder and business leader based in Houston, Texas. Over more than twenty years he has worked across fintech, energy technologies and agriculture as a corporate leader, investor and founder of several companies.

He is Global Chief Operating Officer at Whizmo, where he oversees wallets, remittances, payments, cash networks and business services, and leads the company's expansion across Africa, the GCC and Latin America.

Before Whizmo he spent more than a decade with Global Tubing and Forum Energy Technologies. He joined Global Tubing in 2014 to build and launch its Coiled Line Pipe business, and continued with Forum Energy Technologies after its 2016 acquisition of the company, serving as Vice President of the Energy Transition Unit and guiding the development of technology and products designed to lower the carbon footprint of the company's customers.

In 2007 he founded TrakiaBioProduct, cultivating and harvesting specialty crops using modern farming techniques with a focus on environmental stewardship.

Born in Bulgaria, Ivo holds a BA in Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, and studied Accounting and Finance at Concord University. He speaks four languages.
